双招生学生

双招生是为K-12学生谁希望采取大学课程，除了K-12课程.

其目标是为那些能够从高等教育和职业教育中受益的学生提供机会，让他们学习小学或其他学校无法提供的大学水平的课程.

现在你的学生是澳门皇家赌城在线县社区学院区的一部分, there are few matters of which you must be made aware.  你的学生已经正式进入一所高等教育机构, 结果就是, 你的学生现在受到1974年《澳门皇家赌城在线》(FERPA)的保护.

这是什么意思??

当学生年满18岁或澳门英皇赌城在线进入高等教育机构时, 不论年龄大小, FERPA rights are transferred from the parent/guardian to the 学生.  学生 must act on their own behalf.  父母, 监护人, 亲戚, or friends of VCCCD 学生 are not permitted to enroll, 下降, or add classes on behalf of the 学生.  The same applies for transcript requests and enrollment verifications.

作为家长/监护人, do I have access to my child’s academic records?

Under Section 49061 of the Education Code, 社区大学学生的家长/监护人无权查阅其子女的学生记录, regardless of whether the 学生 is under the age of 18. In accordance with this regulation, 只有在学生书面同意的情况下，学生的学习成绩才可能被公布给家长/监护人. 学生可以在招生时为家长或监护人获得信息发布授权书 & 记录.  提交信息发布授权书时，学生必须亲自到场.

I am a parent/guardian and I need help logging in to, 导航, and/or processing transactions in my 学生's MyVCCD account. 我该怎么办??

Faculty establish a syllabus for each course, which include the course content or objectives, 作业, 课程进度的一般指导以及如何决定成绩的信息. 一旦学生从教师那里收到课程大纲，并且学生决定继续注册该课程, the syllabus becomes the contract between the 学生 and instructor.

作为家长/监护人，我可以要求儿子/女儿的指导老师提供成绩进度报告吗?

根据FERPA(家庭教育权利和隐私法)，教师不需要与家长/监护人讨论学生的表现或其他与学生有关的问题, 包括进度或成绩.
